Start with your reason
What has brought you here?
You do not need to understand HBOT yet. Choose the concern closest to yours and we will start with the question that matters: whether it is appropriate for you.
These pathways describe common reasons people enquire. They do not imply that HBOT treats or is suitable for every person with these concerns. Individual assessment and safety screening are required.
The HBOT Recovery Assessment
Buy clarity before you buy treatment.
The assessment is designed to answer one honest question: is HBOT reasonable to explore in your situation?
Tell us what recovery means to you
A short, focused questionnaire captures your main concern, history and goal.
Receive suitability and safety review
We consider pressure exposure, oxygen safety and whether further medical review is needed.
Leave with a clear next step
If appropriate, we explain a possible starting pathway. If not, we tell you plainly.
Your Recovery Assessment
- Focused recovery questionnaire
- Suitability and contraindication screening
- Review of your principal objective
- Personalised starting recommendation when appropriate
- A clear answer when HBOT is unlikely to suit
Submitting the form does not charge you or book treatment. We first confirm the next step with you.

What treatment actually involves
Clinical pressure. High-flow oxygen. Human supervision.
At our Plimmerton clinic, treatment is delivered in hard-shell chambers with trained staff supervising each session. When suitable, a standard session is 90 minutes at 2.0 ATA and costs $140.
HBOT involves pressure exposure and oxygen use. Potential risks include ear, sinus or dental barotrauma, oxygen-related adverse effects, fatigue changes and claustrophobia. Suitability screening is required.
